Bistroteket is a restaurant located, next to the old town hall, in-between the medieval streets of Randers city centre.
The restaurant is the result of co-owners Johanne og Peters wish to give Randers a restaurant, capable of adding the medditeranean bistro-charm, often seen in larger cities. Their love of the classic Mediterranean cuisine clearly shows and their desire to create an unique experience for their guests is vibrantly tangible.
The ambience within the restaurant is personal and unpretentious. Our every day starting point is the quality of the produce and the best dining experience possible.

Every day, our dedicated team of food- and wine-enthusiasts create menus and dishes from the seasons best produce, right here in our restaurant.
With inspiration mainly from the Mediterranean cuisine and the classic French cuisine.
Our dogma is simple: taste is king!
In short: we serve the courses we love ourselves.
When the produce of the season is at its best, we select it carefully, cook it gently and serve it daily in the restaurant. Always with respect to this seasons produce and its specific qualities.
